The American Lung Association has given the Louisville, KY Area an F grade due to Ozone and a C grade due to Particle Pollution, but in the home these toxic air particles combine with dirt, pollen, germs, and other allergens which gradually settle as large buildups in your HVAC system and air ducts. These buildups provide a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, mold, and fungus, which contaminate your air as it circulates, filling your home and lungs with toxins and irritants.
Regular air duct cleaning is the only way to prevent this vicious cycle, but agitating the buildup without the right tools and training can actually make the problem much worse! This is where MaxCare comes in, with highly specialized negative air equipment, extremely precise abrasive tools, and years of experience, we can remove your buildup without any contaminants hiding in unnoticed areas, clinging to your ducts, escaping into other areas of your home, or polluting your local environment.
When your air ducts are cleaned regularly, professionally, and with MaxCare, you can breathe easy knowing that you and your loved ones aren’t inhaling harmful toxins or irritating contaminants each time you escape the heat on a hot day, or warm your home on a chilly night.

Air Duct Cleaning Process
Air Duct Cleaning Process
Our air duct cleaning process can be split into three primary steps each with a few simple smaller steps.
Preparation:
Remove each register and grille
Check the durability of your duct to determine how many psi can be used without compromising the strength of your HVAC system
Cleaning:
Wash the registers and grilles by hand or, if they are very dirty, take them outside for heavier cleaning
Use the patented DUCT-WHIP® cleaning system in conjunction with our negative air machine to simultaneously dislodge and capture all the debris in your air movement system
Clean all accessible FAU (Forced Air Units) components (blower, evaporator, plenums)
Clean the ductwork from the plenums outward to get any debris which couldn’t be reached in cleaning step 2
Wrap Up:
Reinstall all registers and grilles
Remove protective floor cloth and plastic
Ensure we have left no mess behind in your home or business
